Synchronizing is where you link two or more generators together, using specific cables we provide, to produce a larger power output than the individual machines.

All our generators are delivered with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with the same full tank. Any shortfall will be filled upon return and fuel added will be charged as per the contract conditions.

Adding diesel fuel is easy enough however many customers find it easier to simply instruct us to manage the fuel levels for them – just be sure to let us know your preference at the time of hire.

You can supply and fill your own diesel fuel on-site or you can instruct our operatives to attend the fuel management for you.

We offer short term rentals for days, weeks or months, these can also be ‘open-ended’ if necessary to meet client needs.

We also provide long term rentals for set periods to cover planned works, extending to permanent on-site power solutions such as permanent potential emergency back-up.

Yes, it’s the Hirers responsibility to provide the correct ‘Hired In’ insurance cover for the machine. Note, this is something your business insurance may well cover anyway but you should check to be sure, and if not then simply contact your insurer to arrange suitable cover. They’ll know what to do.

No, strictly only business to business.

Yes, we take a small holding deposit which is fully refunded once the machine has been returned in the same condition it was left on delivery.

We cover all of Essex, London, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire & Suffolk.

For fixed period long term rentals or permanent on-site back-up rentals we do service a wider geographic area – Please contact us for a quotation.

Understandably there are documentation requirements that need completing for any hire however, especially if you have an account set-up with us, we can deliver your machine within just a few hours – dependent on location of course!

Unfortunately, we only offer an outbound deliveries and don’t offer a collection service from our depot. Circumstances may differ – Please contact us to discuss.
